Okay, after my last commit Harbour works fine on OSX.
[ I left those hbsetup.h cleanups for a later time,
some of my initial comments were wrong anyway. ]

unix/__unix/__unix__ are not #defined by GCC/Darwin.
I think it's safe to remove those, as __APPLE__
is a recently added #define to identify OSX, so
it cannot be confused with Mac OS 9 and pre
versions.
