Sorry I don't know.
For me msys/mingw, like Mac's xcode, are simply "compatibility tools".
I update the the hg repositories and type make clean, make install.
Then I test the executables and release them.
Okay, I understand. I understand your main development
platform is Linux, so to rephrase the question a bit,
does GCC on Linux has such incremental linking feature?
how snappy is a modify/compile/link/testrun cycle?
What I know is that in gcc 4.3 Win is set as a "tier 2" platform while
before it was "tier 3".
This will likely result in a better support from gcc core team.
I didn't know, good news, and it was about time :)
