Could you take a look at the Microsoft copyright
problem in what32?

IMO, we have three options:
1) Get these files from MINGW, WINE (or other GPL projects)
   and convert them to .ch format.
2) Remove the copyrighted content and use externally distributed
   .ch (or .h) files instead. This would be an external package
   which would "plug in" to the contrib.
3) Remove the contrib from Harbour SVN.

1) would be ideal.

Unless of course someone confirms that MS copyrighted files
in our repository are okay.
