Is possible using a font via resource compiler? So it can't be distributed with an application who use it.

Sorry I've found the reason. Yesterday I've installed a Terminal font replacement from here http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/fonts/ and I forgot to remove it.
