Hi Przemek,
BTW In the future I'll add an option to enable escaped strings
in standard '' and "" not only in e"".
Well, I'm not sure I like this idea. This is a perfect
way to create seemingly compatible, but in reality
incompatible code (aka "hidden extension"). So I vote
against it this time.
It will not be for Harbour compiler but for hbpp only.
This is very powerful preprocessor and people use it
for other languages. It's also the reason why I do not
want to include std.ch by default to not introduce
Clipper's definitions for such usage.
I see, this way it seems okay to me. I think we
should emphasis more the fact that this is rather
a separate preprocessor, which is also compatible
with Clipper/Harbour, rather than a pure standalone
version of the Harbour PP.
Brgds,
Viktor
