I think oScrBar:Thumbpos will never become zero as per it's logic. It's
minumum value is always 1.

It's true that it will never return zero, but if you pass
zero to it (using 'oScrBar:thumbPos := 0'), the internal
var ::lOverride will be set .T. nevertheless (and .F. if
any non-zero values were passed).
