Is not possible not having external dll dependencies(ace32.dll) ?

Hi Guy,

Harbour itself uses a quite small (and basic) subset
of the Win32 API, so chances are good that these are OK.
(nothing beats real-life testing though!)

3rd party (including contrib) stuff is another matter,
especially those which have their external .dll dependency
(like ace32.dll).
