For new 1.2/2.0 or any other version were we can commit long waiting
new features and extensions.

Yes, it is. And because to release 1.0 we need at lease one RC version
without any modifications then I begin to think I should commit some
of my recent fixes ASAP or I'll force yet another RC what will increase
the release freeze period.

Exactly.

I agree and I want to see 1.0 ASAP. We have to accept what we have now
or we will never release 1.0. I know that many things can be done yet
but there is no chance to start them and release 1.0 in this year.

Thank you very much. In doc/howtorel.txt there is a text about
CVS releasing which may help in creating such documentation.

I'll commit this with some other minor fixes and one important and
missing HB_GTI_* action which is necessary for proper CP setting on
some terminals today and I think we can start release process.
I can create binaries for [EMAIL PROTECTED] (RH73, FC3, SUSE10.3), [EMAIL
PROTECTED] (SUSE10.3),
MinGW32 linux cross builds (FC3, SUSE10.3), ARM/WinCE linux cross
builds (FC3, SUSE10.3), DOS (DJGPP, OpenWatcom) and maybe some of
HP-UX builds. I can also create BSD build but AFAIR we there is
Harbour BSD port. Does anyone uses it? Should it be updated?
And what about .DEB packages? We need .DEB files for Debian and
Ubuntu created by make_deb.sh and official debian files should be
updated for current ones. They comes from quite old 0.44 version
and do not have important functionality. Can some of Debian/Ubuntu
users ask about it?

best regards,
Przemek
