Unlock it to what? We are in Beta. That means no new features, only bug fixes. If that's what you're referring to, then fine. When we make what we have stable enough to release, then we'll call it 1.0 and open the SVN for the tornado that will follow. Right now, we need to be working toward a release candidate.
