That's often the problem we've been facing as well during tests. When a browser decides that your QUIC implementation doesn't work, it seems to store the info "somewhere" for "some time". That's extremely frustrating because restarting usually doesn't change, and there doesn't seem to be anything available to tell them "OK I finished fiddling with my setup, please try again". Willy
