Hola listeros necesito si alguien ne pudiera ayudar tengo montado un proxy
con squid 4.6 compilado desde codigo fuente y me funciona perfecto todo
ahora comence a trabajar la parte de delay pools pero no me funciona, defino
las clases y los parametros con las acls pero nada la navegacion de los
usuarios sigue a la misma velocidad las descargas y todo.

Esta respuesta me la dieron en la lista de squid hace unas semanas.
While testing peering support for SslBump transactions[1], Factory has
discovered that delay pools are broken in Squid v4 and v5 as far as tunneled
traffic is concerned[2]. I do not have a stand-alone fix for that bug -- too
many changes surrounding the fixed code in that pull request, but it is
likely that the bug will be fixed in v5 if our pull request is accepted. The
proposed code is available for testing[3].

Espero que pronto lo puedan solucionar o tendre que seguir con el squid 3.5
