My bad, I remembered the GCD 006 wrongly and that made me think the
process worked in another way (which conflicted with GCD 001)[1].

The GCD isn't declared invalid here it's disapproved of, which puts the
whole process in another light to me (it should not have been that nerve
wrecking with that in mind). Sorry for the confusion here.

My lack of sleep and so on really didn't help here.

[1]I thought that I voted against GCD 006, and that I wanted to change
    my vote for yes but didn't and that it still went on to get
    approved, but that's not what happened here: I came at it late and
    could not vote against because of that. I found out when
    confronting that with the GCD 001 as it looked strange to have both
    contradict.
