You can donate through either the FSF or the Guix Foundation.
If you donate through the FSF then obviously you won't be joining the
Guix Foundation :-)
Technically you can also donate to the Guix Foundation and not become a
member. But, I've set the links on the donate page to be 'become a
member and donate' because it was already complicated enough!
1. Is there English version of relevant documents describing how the
foundation works? Website seems to indicate so, but `Statutes' and
`Interior Reglementary' are not links, so I am unsure where to find
them.

2. The membership form for the foundation has more information mandatory
than the donation. So I assume the foundation will contact me after
donating and ask for any info that will be missing?

The mandatory information is that you have to certify that you're at
least 18 years of age.
The regulation state that when someone applies to become a member the
SAC (Solidatory Administrative Council) votes on their membership. So we
put forward the new members and contact individuals if there's a need
for further information and with the result of the vote.
The vote is there to try and protect the Foundation from a sudden influx
of people who have an agenda that's not inline with the Foundations goals.
We have 40 something members today, it would be great if we could get to
100!
3. Not strictly foundation related, but is there a way to donate by a
bank transfer?

Yes, I'll email you separately and add Tanguy. We just to need when
you've done it so we can align the transfer with it being you -
otherwise it's just a random transfer from a bank account.
