I've just updated that pull request with a full set of kernel
configurations. It should be ready to push to master in the next 24
hours.

I've decided that I will not create kernel configs for armhf and i686
starting with linux-libre 6.16.

I invite everyone to help with those platforms! :)

We can coordinate so that the configs are included when linux-libre
6.16 is first made available in Guix, or they can be added later.

I also invite users of the aarch64 and riscv platforms to pitch in. It
does not make sense for me to volunteer my time creating configurations
for these platforms when I do not use them or receive timely feedback
about them.

I think it's important to increase the number of people working in these
areas.
