I feel so far out of my depth looking at the config options that I'm
much happier just leaving it up to the kernel project itself to figure
out some Sane Defaults™, and then I'd add any changes I'd need using our
kernel config modifier options. I wouldn't want to cut off anyone else
from those kernels though if they're using them.

I believe Zheng Junjie (z572) uses a custom kernel config for the
visionfive2 (riscv64).

I also see in the linux kernel tree there's a arch/x86/configs/xen.config
that I assume is a minimal kernel for configs running on top of a
machine running Xen. I think it might be nice to offer something
similar for running on a VPS, if it were possible to make something
similar.

I also see there's a arch/arm64/configs/virt.config and a
kernel/configs/kvm_guest.config which might be interesting.
