I support this. I also only check the mailing list periodically, and while I was tangentially aware about the GCD process & codeberg discussion, it's not entirely clear how to contribute my thoughts. A single organized blog post would make it much more approachable vs. parsing hundreds of emails across multiple split GCD-related threads to pick out what is the "definitive" process. (After writing the above paragraph I did track down the info-guix announcement which helps. I still believe a blog post is appropriate given the scope and nature of the changes.) If a blog post is written, hopefully it's soon.
