I agree that the proposal is not about CI per se, but I felt the need to
show a direction, something that becomes possible thanks to the tools:
no push without a green light from CI.

This is the obvious thing to do for most developers these days.  We have
a huge package collection, so that’s even more relevant to us.

But yes, apart from this statement, it’s probably wise to drop the rest
of the “Workflow” section because it’s too vague.
