I love the idea. Obviously it would take some careful thought as far as a format that was easy to parse, easy to generate, easy to validate, and provided for the various advanced features that some people would want, like the conditional reponses. I can't see myself taking the lead on developing such a format, but maybe I could take the lead in developing an Emacs interface for it. -- Christopher Howard
