https://guix.limesurvey.net/ If you select 'Contributor' there's a section for using Guix (I'm sure we all use Guix!) and then an additional section for Contributors. If you decide not to complete all questions that's fine, but please make sure you hit the **Submit** button at the end! The survey is completely anonymous, it's not asking for any personal data and the platform's not collecting any data about the user (e.g. no IP addresses). The only thing I can see is the referring link that the person takes as I couldn't figure out how to turn that off.
