You can just say you've no idea about it, such situation doesn't need to write so many words to explain it to me. I don't really care about if you know better than me, I need to know how to solve the problem. If you can briefly reply just like what I quoted, without writing so many words that I never take a look as you may realized it already. That is the meaning of "save my time", and of course saving yours.
