I've checked that in lore.kernel.org we don't have this IMAP option, but
I found a workaround: search 'From:', which every mail has, and then I
can download an mbox of the search, which is an mbox of the entire
history.  Then I should be able to transform them into a maildir that I
can use with mb2md(1).
