Errata:
1. Left-alignment without adjustment is Bjarni's preference, as noted
in the quotation (not repeated here). This paragraph underwent a
rewrite and I didn't fix it up correctly. Maybe "therefore" should
thus be recast as "bafflingly".
2. The opening parenthesis before "Specifically" is spurious.
