I'm using Gnuwin32 port of groff version 1.19.2 According to page 6 of the document "tbl - A program to Format Tables" by M.E. Lesk, tbl is supposed to handle:-
.TS H page heading text .TH And it made some comment about this being handled by the ms layout macros. How do I get this to work?
