It gives an overview about the types of arguments that need
to be handled by such macros. For example, it shows that
there are non-optional options for which .OP in the given
form is also not sufficient.

In the real world outside the standard, there are also
other types of arguments, e.g. optional option-arguments.

A -man extension for the public should be comprehensive
enough to handle all these cases.
