Dear Members and Friends, Ecotourism Society Pakistan (ESP) has joined hands with ANARCORP Pakistan for better future of ecotourism and sustainable development in Pakistan here today. Both organizations signed "Letter of Collaboration" at the offices of ANARCORP on Monday in the presence of ESP and ANARCORP Executive Councils. The Director General ANARCORP Mr. Raza Nadir has taken the charge of new Secretary of ESP out of this collaboration while the President of ESP Agha Iqrar Haroon has taken the same position in ANARCORP. Mr. Nadir is also a member of The International Ecotourism Society (TIES) United States and pioneer member of ESP. ANARCORP has offered its full administrative as well as financial support for holding Ecotourism courses, Tourism Officer courses and other tourism related educational activities. It has been decided that Mr. Haroon will continue as President of Society for another period of two years along with Mr. Nadir as Secretary for the same period. The new Executive Council has taken place which is comprising of : 1. New President 2. New Secretary 3. New Joint Secretary and 10 Core members. Mr. Saeed Khan will continue to work as Vice-President. Mr. Tahir Aziz who is Engineer by professional has taken the charge of new Joint Secretary. It has been decided that ESP will wider its role and membership and will contact other non-profit organizations within country and abroad.
