Hearing no objections I have gone ahead and updated the wiki to reflect
these changes. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1541086 and
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1541017 are making the
necessary in-tree changes.

For the folks that are now module owners (copied), please make sure that
the peers for your modules are up to date and make changes as necessary.
