Responding to an old thread here... I am currently in the process of updating a number of MDN pages to cover Phabricator (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1444791 if anyone wants to follow along). Although the page on www.mozilla.org is still up, it seems that there's a pretty solid consensus that super-review is obsolete, so I'll be removing references to it on the pages I'm updating.
