Hello everyone, I'm proposing to make Jim Mathies the new owner of the IPC module. Jim worked on many IPC issues throughout the e10s project and he was also heavily involved in the project to remote NPAPI plugins. Jim's management of the sandboxing team also makes him a good person to help improve security of IPC.
