I think this is a good idea, but I suggest "DOM File" as the name. There
is a "Firefox:: File Handling" bugzilla component already that deals
with how Firefox handles external files, so this name may be confusing.
It should cover the implementation of File API (DOM Blobs, Files, Blob
URL), directory Upload and Entries API. Mainly all the code under dom/file
and dom/filesystem.
I have maintained this code for a while and I think I should probably be
the reviewer for any important change on it.
