Hi all, I'd like to propose a new module: DOM File Handling.
It should cover the implementation of File API (DOM Blobs, Files, Blob URL), directory Upload and Entries API. Mainly all the code under dom/file and dom/filesystem. I have maintained this code for a while and I think I should probably be the reviewer for any important change on it.
