Hi everyone, I'd like to propose a new module for "Content Services". It includes code for multiple subsystems which form part of a data service that serves content to Firefox and collects usage data for reporting. The module also governs the tiles data that is served in Firefox, including Directory and Suggested Tiles. This is currently in use in Release Firefox and the system presently serves requests peaking at ~ 10k rps.
