Hello,

I'm starting this discussion because I found out that the following has happened: An Etherpad about "needed apps for Firefox OS" was shared amongst all of Reps (URL [1]).

It was soon protected with a password. The password for that etherpad was then posted in a Bug[2] that was restricted to Mozilla Reps only. The problem with this is that brainstorming about needed apps for Firefox OS shouldn't be restricted to Reps only. It doesn't meet the main focus of Reps, which is a community engagement program...

In any case, this made me to think about the issue in general:

There *should* be a way to share information amongst all of Mozillians. Possibly the Mozillians phonebook or some other place.

Right now, it seems, the only way to share information with mozillians is through reps (otherwise this wouldn't have happened the way it did).
