You need to reconcile that with what you described as "For example, if a marker on the map is clicked, I want to show a menu that have %100 height and %25 width that is aligned to the right. Which means, 'another info with Terms of Use link' will be invisible. Or if it aligned to left, Google LOGO will be invisible."
