I've contacted to one of the Google Employee and he's turned to me in a very short time. He said this technique is fine, not agains TOS. *"What you have done is fine, the terms mainly relate to moving the map or adding something partially over the map the so that the logo and copyright is not visible. As long as the logo and copyright are visible while the user is interacting with the map or while you are using the api services then it is ok." *Hope, this helps people Teşekkürler Luke...
