There are no CalDAV links in the share settings; ical file format is
not the same as iCal application.
To use iCal / CalDAV with Google Calendar, please use setup tool:

http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?answer=99358#ical

Or, to add calendars to iCal application manually, use the following
urls:

https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/<calendar-id>/user/

where <calendar-id> is the "Calendar ID" from "Calendar settings" page
you referenced, right to xml/ical/html buttons.

Hope this helps!
