Alex, Could you please clarify this a bit more? In particular:
Are you still experiencing the problem? Did the Colaboration tool execution succeed? Are any accounts created under Preferences->Accounts? What are their Account URLs under Server Settings tab? Please specify one or all if not many. That (especially the URLs) would help a lot. Thanks! Dimas.
