Hi everyone,

As Criatina posted in the downtime group, App Engine had a brief outage.
Our reliability team took an immediate action, and it should be resolved
now. Now Google App Engine serves normally. We're still investigating the
root cause and I hope we can give you more details.

Sorry for any inconvenience due to this issue, and thanks for the
suggestion Per.
