This seems to be happening again now. My dashboard has been reset (only see activity from past 10 minutes and only have 1 instance running) and you can see from the Java status charts (http:// code.google.com/status/appengine/detail/serving-java/2012/01/31#ae- trust-detail-helloworld-get-java-latency) that something bad is happening.
