I'm not sure I agree with this - App Engine isn't aimed at random consumers,
it's a platform used by technical people. I think we could understand
"$xx.xx per CPU hour" plus "$xx.xx for 128 RAM" (of which you can choose to
purchase multiple "blocks" of 128MB ;o)

I think the change is to reflect the fact that "most apps don't use CPU" and
therefore they can charge multiple people for the same CPU at the same time
and make loadsa cash ;o)
