Why? As far as I'm concerned, it's OK to have two winners. Especially if
they are as good as this. (I enjoyed the first three, four hours of the
contest, when I was battling Chris Dolan for 1st and 2nd; I'm a bit less
enthusiastic now that I'm 'fighting' with Chris for 12th...)

Ah, yes, there is that. Still, I think the number of winners can and
should be independent of the number of available prizes.

Time of submission? It has always been my favorite :-) . And I think
there was more than 24 hours between Rick's and Stephen's solution, so
time zones have had no decisive effect.

Of course I could also submit my 49.3 that I've been saving for the last
moment ;-)
