I was just wondering whether a simple list of available versions at the top 
of a package's godoc.org page wouldn't somehow force package authors to 
start tagging. There could be some kind of message if there are no 
available versions.
There would obviously have to be some benefit for those who tag, or some 
restriction for those who don't, in order to change the current situation.
