You're trying to install a version released in 2002 on an OS released in 2012. I'm not surprised you can't find binaries! Why do you want to do this? 1.2.1 has known issues and should not be used these days. It's more than a decade old! I think your effort is much better spent on changing your workflow to use the latest 1.4 release. Again, why do you want to install 1.2.1?
