Although I don't consider this a good idea: You may give a copy of the private key to all persons who need to decrypt the files. In general such a group owned private key is not a good idea but it is commonly done nevertheless. gpg --export-secret-key FINGERPRINT >privatekey.gpg and "gpg --import" that privatekey.gpg on the machines which need to decrypt.
