Thank you, Werner. I saw that and used it for the preferences it shows. But where do I address options such as s2k-digest-algo and bzip2-compress-level? How do I change the Home directory (it's using the settings I set when I installed GnuPG 1.4.12, as it seems to share that information somehow)? Does GPA have an option to set word-wrap width? It doesn't seem so.
