If you choose to include your email addresses in your user-IDs, having
all your identities on the same key means sharing all your email
addresses with anybody who knows any one of them. If you have a
problem with this, use multiple keys.

If there is any potential clash between the activities of somebody's
various identities themn multiple keys would be the way to go.

A single key-pair for all purposes is simpler to administrate (you
can't accidentally use the wrong key, for example, and you can more
easily participate in the web of trust).
