Looking at the Installation of Card Reader page at:

I'm unable to download gnupg-ccid from that page (cos it points to a broken
link or something). I've downloaded the gnupg-ccid.rules files perfectly fine
though.
Could somebody give me a copy of this file? (or provide a working link on that
document)
