Murugan's guidance applies to any time stamped full backup files you may see in your data folder.
You should also see .log files in that folder; they can be used to "replay" your activity after the last full backup. You run these in order from the file menu to recreate your actions. However, your comment regarding a "complex invoice" suggests that you were working with the business features at the time. I do not use business features, but I am given to understand that the log files do not include business features, so you may end up reentering that information again.
