Version: 5.10 Build ID: 5.10+(2024-12-14) from a PPA on ubuntu. gnucash/oracular,now 1:5.10-1xtradeb1.2404.1 amd64 [installed] personal and small-business financial-accounting software cat xtradeb-ubuntu-apps-oracular.sources Types: deb URIs: https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/xtradeb/apps/ubuntu/ Suites: oracular Components: main FWIW there are many other instances of invoices being paid with credit notes, and they seem to be fine, I think, unless it is complaining about all of them.
