The file is named whatever you name it.  You can either use File -> Save
As to rename the file, or you can just use your standard file browser to
rename the file, just like you would rename a file in Word or Excel.

If you're looking for the File -> Properties for business names for
reports, etc..  Then look in File -> Properties :)
