First question is: Which version of Gnucash? Second question: What kind of Mac? (Apple Silicon or Intel) Third question: Is this the first time you have used Gnucash since you upgraded to MacOS 15.2?
Apple has a bug in 15.2 on ARM Macs that interacts with Gnucash that causes a crash unless you use the very latest Gnucash (5.9-2). If you’re on Apple Silicon, try downloading and using that version. The first time you open Gnucash, you will have to click “Open Anyway” because there is an old lock file hanging around from the last crash. -- Dave Reiser dbrei...@icloud.com > On Dec 14, 2024, at 04:42, Michael Pidd via gnucash-user > <gnucash-user@gnucash.org> wrote: > > Hi > > I‘ve been using Gnucash on a Mac for about 4 years, currently running MacOS > Sequoia 15.2 with no problem.
